Comments HTML Syntax

I was hoping to be able to use the IMG tag for the comments in my Roller 3.0
install but it didn't seem to work. Is this possible to enable?

Not in 3.x. For safety's sake we only support a subset of HTML, and
<img> is not in that subset. In Roller 4.0, we allow you to configure
how comment content is formatted.
