[Issue 126640] New: Error 1316. The specified account already exists.

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126640

          Issue ID: 126640
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Error 1316. The specified account already exists.
           Product: Installation
           Version: 4.1.2
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: ui
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: fhetzel@alumni.pitt.edu

I'm upgrading from OpenOffice 4.1.1 to 4.1.2. The OpenOffice Installation
Wizard produces a pop-up window with "Error 1316. The specified account already
exists."

The only information I gave the wizard was my name and organization. When I
click "OK" in the pop-up box, the installation is backed out.

I removed OpenOffice 4.1.1 and tried again with the same result.

What account already exists and how do I either remove it or specify a new
account?

I ran Microsoft's FixIt program against AOO 4.1.1 and was then able to install
AOO 4.1.2.

Not a bug for AOO but an operating system issue.
