Additional product entry

The following might fit under products/app-server.html, though feel
free to put it elsewhere if you think it works better somewhere
else. This is serving as an underlying component of Gestinanna
(http://sf.net/projects/gestinanna/) which will be a full-fledged
application framework.

==========

<a href="http://uttu.tamu.edu/">Uttu</a> is a web-application driver
that provides support for writing application frameworks. This
support includes configuration, database connectivity, caching,
uri-to-filename translation, and application installation. Uttu
makes working with multiple virtual hosts and HTML::Mason, Template
Toolkit, or AxKit almost trivial.
