[jira] [Commented] (CTAKES-171) jdom version breaks sectionizer
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CTAKES-171?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13605131#comment-13605131 ]
Pei Chen commented on CTAKES-171:
---------------------------------
The resolved dependencies show multiple versions of jdom included in trunk:
jdom-1.0.jar
jdom-2.0.2.jar
jdom2-2.0.3.jar
This needs to be investigated further to why this is needed or if it was intentional as it doesn't seem quite right to me...

> Recently the rule-based sectionizer (SectionSegmentAnnotator) has stopped working with a NoSuchMethod error. Pei says this roughly coincides with an attempt to move its libraries to maven central. Somehow the wrong version of jdom is being used, as copying over the version originally used in ctakes fixes the issue.
