SOAP implementations

Does anyone have experience with SOAP 1.1 spec implementations other than
XML-SOAP?  Anyone knows the URLs of the Microsoft or DevelopMentor's
implementations? Has any of them been successfully used to interoperate with
XML-SOAP? Thanks.
