It is as easy as before. Put the cursor straight behind the last letter of the
hyperlink and press Space key.

Alternative you could select the hyperlink, copy it into clipboard and press
the Hyperlink-Button in the toolbar. Then paste the hyperlink from clipboard to
the dialog.

In my opinion it is not a bug. Works as it should.
