[Bug 64669] New: Apache can't recreate log files = apache won't start

Hi

some people totally ignore log files, some clear it. I cleared /var/log/apache2
and I find out apache can NOT create log files and because of that I can not
run apache anymore with error "AH00015: Unable to open logs".

Please create function at least via parameter to force create apache logs, so
tthing like deleting apache log file won't cause total apache failure.

thanks, after all I was missing ssl addon and that was the issue (I disabled
http port).

Log files are already handled this way.  "unable to open logs" is usually
preceded by a more specific message.
