Problem
flink-table-planner/pom.xml:475 narrows the integration-test include to **/*ITCase.*; the root pom.xml:224 unit include is **/*Test.*. Classes suffixed Tests match neither, so 14 planner test classes never run and the build stays green. Same cause as FLINK-40283.

Evidence
- Renaming them makes 204 tests run, all passing.
- Siblings already use the singular suffix and do run: BitmapSemanticTest, VariantSemanticTest, 43× *RestoreTest.

Fix
- Rename to *Test: 11 stream *SemanticTests, 2 batch (LateralSnapshotJoinBatch, MLPredictBatch), plus ProcessTableFunctionRestoreTests; update the Javadoc reference in LateralSnapshotJoinITCase.java.
- Excludes MLPredictSemanticTests (separate ticket) and RestoreTestCompleteness (FLINK-40307).

Acceptance
- CI logs show all 14 classes, 204 tests, no failures.
