[RESULT] [VOTE] Apache Isis Wicket viewer 1.4.1, JDO ObjectStore release 1.4.1 and archetypes

Following on from the recent release 1.4.0, there were a small number of
issues in that release; predominantly bulk action support in the Wicket
viewer.  See ISIS-731 to ISIS-735 for full details.

To address these issues, I've cut a patch release "1.4.1".  This consists
of:
* JDO Object Store 1.4.1
* Wicket Viewer 1.4.1
* Quickstart Archetype 1.4.1
* Simple Archetype 1.4.1

This vote has now completed with the following result :

  +3 (binding): Dan Haywood, Jeroen van der Wal, Oscar Bou

The vote is SUCCESSFUL.

I'll now go ahead and release these artifacts to Maven central repo, and
merge the release branch back into master.
