Apache WSS4J 4.0.0 released

The Apache WSS4J™ project provides a Java implementation of the
primary security standards for Web Services, namely the OASIS Web
Services Security (WS-Security) specifications from the OASIS Web
Services Security TC.

The Apache WSS4J team are pleased to announce the release of version
4.0.0. This is a major new release that features upgrades to OpenSAML
v5, XML Security 4.0.0, with JDK 17 as a minimum supported version.
