Bug report: PDFBox 2, PDPage.getContentStreams()

Hello,

I found a small bug in PDPage.getContentStreams() of PDFBox 2. Here is the patch.

Please open an issue in JIRA. Your patch didn't get through. The issue 
text should also mention what the alleged bug is.
