deadproject: xmldb

Here's another fun problem, xmldb

http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/xmldb

which contains org.xmldb artifacts. Only xmldb.org is now a dead
domain, full of popup advertising junk you dont want to go near.

its real domain is now
http://xmldb-org.sourceforge.net/

I have this need to release the 2003 artifacts to update the 2002
ones, but wonder: where should I declare this one's domain.
net/sourceforge/xmldb, org/xmldb, or stick with xmldb?
