JDBCPlus Location Information?

For anyone using Danko Mannhaupt's JDBCPlus appender
(http://www.dankomannhaupt.de/projects/index.html)...

1) Is there any way to write the location information (class, method,
filename and line number) to the database? There don't seem to be any
applicable substitution wildcards. 

2) Any there any other database appenders that can write both the location
and throwable information?
