What is CornerStone?

Hi,
 
  Does anybody have any idea about Apache "Cornerstone" framework . I am in the process of choosing a MVC implementation and somebody told me about it. Can anybody shed some light about it. How is it similar/dissimilar to Struts or is it not an MVC framework at all.
