Conditional Filter

Hi,

I am currently writing a conditional filter, inspired by CPP, for Ant. 
Before I get too far -- is there any thing else which allows me to use
if/else/endif in a file which is being copied?

If not, and if I get it working, would the Ant team be interested in it
for Ant 1.6?
