Invalid URL

Hello,

After Starting Apache Jetspeed Portal/1.5

The following Exception happened when log in:

Starting Apache Jetspeed Portal/1.5

JER: ( null Taking http://news.bbc.co.uk/furniture/syndication/rss-0.91.dtd 
from
 cache throwed Exception: 
org.apache.jetspeed.services.urlmanager.URLNotAvailabl
eException: The following URL is not available because it is considered 
invalid:
 http://news.bbc.co.uk/furniture/syndication/rss-0.91.dtd

Any help in solving this?
