Have the exact same issue:

CS 4.1.0 - New Install

Basic network setup, single zone.

Answers to Prasanna's questions:
1) Yes it is
2) Yes I am
3) See below
root@v-43-VM:~# service cloud status
cloud.com service (type=consoleproxy) is running: process id: 1983
root@v-43-VM:~#

Everything was working fine, then suddenly stopped. NO changes where made from the default install.
