[jira] [Commented] (TAP5-2485) Tapestry Tutorial is broken

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-2485?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14611313#comment-14611313 ]

Bob Harner commented on TAP5-2485:
----------------------------------

Thanks for reporting the problem!

The syntaxhiglighter "brush" JavaScript files aren't getting loaded into the rendered HTML. It looks like something in Confluence (our CMS editor) might have changed recently, perhaps related to the Apache Infrastructure team's recent rebuild of the build server. My guess is that our confluence site exporter code now needs to change correspondingly. I see that Dan Kulp has recently committed some changes to his CXF site's exporter code (http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/cxf/web/src/main/), of which our exporter code is a copy. My guess is that he has already fixed the problem (because the CXF web site's code examples look fine), so we'll need to pull in his recent changes and see if that fixes it.

> The Tapestry tutorial is not loading its dynamic content. For example, in https://tapestry.apache.org/exploring-the-project.html, I see Index.java (partial) rather than the content of the partial. That one has a work-around (the text is right below it). Later in the tutorial, though, the content that one should type into Eclipse is missing because of this issue.
