In r1160342, I've added a remark to the ServerRoot docs regarding the --prefix
argument to configure, and the fact that most third-party distros of the server
see fit to change the default location of ServerRoot. It is always the case
that an omitted directive results in the default valud of that directive being
used. In your case, the default is c:/Apache2. There's always a compiled-in
default for ServerRoot, so if you don't specify, that's what gets used.
