Problems with libraries on AIX Platform

Hello everybody.
 
I have the binary distribution for AIX, and I'm trying to build the examples
using the GNU G++ compiler.
I'm having many problems because using g++ it seems not to be able to find
the correct symbols.
 
Check libxerces.... using AR it seems not to be a good library.
 
How can I use the library and g++ ?
