Binary distribution scripts don't handle ssl.conf or highperformance.conf

Summary: Binary distribution scripts don't handle ssl.conf or
                    highperformance.conf
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.40
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jessh@ptc.com

The binary distribution build and install scripts do not do path replacements
on ssl.conf or highperformance.conf, i.e. they only handle httpd.conf.

This forces manual edits (or tweaks to these files in the binary distributable)
to get ssl and highperformance configurations working when the installation is
done at a path other than /usr/local/apache2.
