   I feel reasonably strongly that we should just fix the crasher, but leave it as-is for now. The right solution is to add connection limits to the new parent policy YAML files. Adding more flags etc. to the existing jive is not great, just leave and treat the old setting as non-parent limits only, and add the parent limits as a new YAML configuration.
