Xalan sequentially

Hi,

I recently asked this question on the xalan-dev mailing list.

What should I be aware of when using Xalan i SAX2 to SAX2 mode? I have 
tried implementing from the included sax to sax example, but it winds up 
using 34 Mb for a 4 Mb file.

Any help appreciated.
