[PR] Allocation management - ACCESS-CI integration as an upstream allocation source [airavata-custos]
lahirujayathilake opened a new pull request, #452:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airavata-custos/pull/452
This PR adds ACCESS-CI as an upstream allocation source for the new allocation management layer. This introduces a Go service that consumes AMIE packets from ACCESS and persists the resulting persons, projects, accounts, memberships, and replies back to ACCESS.
What's included
- access-amie Go service
- AMIE packet handlers covering project, account, user, person flows (12 handlers)
- Role-aware project memberships (PI, Co-PI, Allocation Manager, User)
- Shared domain/ and provisioner/ modules for future allocation models
- Prometheus metrics + Grafana dashboard for the AMIE pipeline
- Local devtools at allocations/devtools/amie/ - mock AMIE server (with DEV_EMAIL injection) and a k6 load test
