ApacheModuleJServ.dll

hi,

i uses Apache + mosssl under Win32.

Therefor i need a -DEAPI-compiled version
of ApacheModuleJServ.dll.

Unfortunately i have no MS Visual C++ Compiler
available, so i'am not able to do this by myself.
