无法通过console访问虚拟机

虚拟机无法通过console进入
一下是CPVM VM SSVM的NIC信息：
已经按照提示的
在本地机器（用浏览器的机器192.168.137.1）C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts文件中加入了192.168.137.121
192-168-137-121.realhostip
结果如下：
但是还是无法通过console访问虚拟机。
请求指点！
