Michael has checked in changes for Spring 5 and JUnit 5. Using JUnit Vintage Engine allows backward compatibility with JUnit 4. Also changes made to parent-pom to localize version numbers in one pom. Fixed problem when running mvn clean install with the Release profile on Java 11 caused errors with Javadoc.
