Updating iBiblio.org with the latest Geronimo jars?

Hi,

Although Yoav offered help to get rid of Tomcat's TLd lookup, I'm 
wondering how to update iBiblio with the latest Geronimo spec files? I 
know that http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository is a place for 
files that's picked up by iBiblio's rsync, but what/who does that?

Are Geronimo jars stored over there by a script or manually?
