I know it's just a placeholder, but we probably shouldn't ignore lib
since it contains a checked in file. Fix is obviously to ignore
lib*.a on lib instead.

Oops, thanks -- I already had lib/*.a so have just removed
linux.IA32/lib/ from the ignores.
