[PR] fix(colors): reassign colliding chart series when dashboard locks a shared dimension color [superset]

JCelento opened a new pull request, #39297:
URL: https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/39297

   ### SUMMARY
   Fixes a dashboard color collision where a label’s color is forced or synced from dashboard metadata (e.g. shared dimension “Trains”
     locked after another chart rendered first) while another series in the same chart had already taken that color from the ordinal
     palette. Both series could end up with the same color (bad for line/stacked charts).

     #### Root cause
     AvoidColorsCollision only adjusted colors for new labels coming from the scale. Forced / globally synced colors skipped that path
     (“forced color will always be used…”), so a later label could reuse the same swatch already assigned to a different series in this
     slice (e.g. Classic Cars gets the first palette color, then Trains is forced to that same color).

   ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF
   <!--- Skip this if not applicable -->

   ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
   #### Create two line charts:
   - Chart A: uses only the Trains dimension
   - Chart B: uses both Classic Cars and Trains dimensions (red = Classic Cars, blue = Trains per its own palette assignment)
   - Add Chart A to a dashboard first → the dashboard locks red to the Trains dimension in its metadata
   - Add Chart B to the same dashboard
   #### Result:
   Chart B now shows both Classic Cars and Trains in red, because the dashboard-level color lock for "Trains" = red overrides Chart B's own color assignment for that slot

   #### Expected Behavior
   - After applying consistent same-series-same-color logic across charts, the remaining series should use a "least picked" palette strategy to avoid collisions within any individual chart.
   - Users can set colors in the dashboard json.
   - Any unspecified colors should be assigned colors from the palette. We should avoid the same colors being on charts as much as possible and should also avoid the same colors touching each other on charts.

Review Comment:
   **Suggestion:** The collision-reassignment block currently runs for every dashboard label, including normal ordinal assignments. That causes previously assigned series colors to be mutated even when the current label is not forced/synced from dashboard metadata, which can make colors unstable across renders and break expected series-to-color consistency. Restrict this reassignment path to only cases where the current label color came from a forced color or an existing dashboard color-map entry. [logic error]

   ```mdx
   - ⚠️ Dashboard charts with many series may recolor existing series.
   - ⚠️ Series-to-color mapping can change across re-renders in dashboards.
   - ⚠️ Visual consistency of multi-series dashboard charts is reduced.
         (forcedColor || isExistingLabel)
   ```
   <details>
   <summary><b>Steps of Reproduction ✅ </b></summary>

   ```mdx
   1. Open a dashboard so that `DashboardContainer` sets the shared labels color source: in
   `superset-frontend/src/dashboard/components/DashboardBuilder/DashboardContainer.tsx:18-23`,
   `const labelsColorMap = getLabelsColorMap(); labelsColorMap.source =
   LabelsColorMapSource.Dashboard;` is executed for all charts on that dashboard.
   2. Add a chart that uses the categorical color scale via
   `CategoricalColorNamespace.getScale`, for example any NVD3-based chart: in
   `superset-frontend/plugins/legacy-preset-chart-nvd3/src/NVD3Vis.ts:574-577`, `const
   colorFn = getScale(colorScheme); chart.color(d => d.color ||
   colorFn(cleanColorInput(d[colorKey]), sliceId));` which calls
   `CategoricalColorScale.getColor(label, sliceId, colorScheme)` for each series key.
   3. Ensure the `AvoidColorsCollision` feature flag is enabled (in production this is done
   via Superset feature flags; in tests this is modeled by
   `window.featureFlags[FeatureFlag.AvoidColorsCollision] = true` as seen in
   `superset-frontend/packages/superset-ui-core/test/color/CategoricalColorScale.test.ts:144-167`).
   Create or use a chart on the dashboard where the number of distinct series in the legend
   exceeds the number of colors in the active palette so that some series must share colors.
   4. As the chart renders, each series label calls `getColor` in `CategoricalColorScale`
   (`superset-frontend/packages/superset-ui-core/src/color/CategoricalColorScale.ts:122-201`).
   For later series whose color comes from the normal ordinal palette (no forced color and
   not yet present in the shared `LabelsColorMap`), the new dashboard collision block at
   lines 161-186 runs unconditionally for any dashboard label:
      - The `if (isFeatureEnabled(FeatureFlag.AvoidColorsCollision) && source ===
      LabelsColorMapSource.Dashboard)` condition is satisfied for every label in dashboard
      context, regardless of whether the label is "locked" (forced or already in the shared
      map).
      - `colliding` is computed from `this.chartLabelsColorMap` (labels already rendered in
      this chart) and includes any prior labels that currently share the same swatch
      (`[labelKey, c] => c === color && labelKey !== cleanedValue`).
      - For each such `otherLabel` that is **not** in `this.forcedColors`,
      `getNextAvailableColor(otherLabel, color)` is called and
      `this.chartLabelsColorMap.set(otherLabel, newColor)` (and
      `labelsColorMapInstance.addSlice(...)` if `sliceId` is present) mutates the color of
      that previously rendered, non-locked series.
      Because the guard does not check `forcedColor` or `isExistingLabel`, this mutation
      happens even when the current label's color came purely from the ordinal scale (not
      from dashboard metadata), so non-locked series can have their colors changed as
      additional series are rendered, making series-to-color mapping unstable within the
      dashboard chart. Restricting this block to `(forcedColor || isExistingLabel)` would
      confine these reassignments to genuinely "locked" labels (forced or already present in
      the shared dashboard color map), which matches the intent described in the in-code
      comment.
