IMS Specification

Hi

I'm trying to use XmlBeans with the IMS specifications.
At this time, I'm trying to validate (via xsdtree tool) the Learner
Information schemas.
I've seen that the schemas (a hierarchy of schemas included in the root)
use the namespace http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema, and I get an
error while http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema namespace seems to be
required.

My question is (since the IMS schema won't be updated by now):
Can I set up in any way the namespace that xsdtree use?
