Compiling under Mingw

Hi,

  I made some effort to allow apr-1.2.1 compile under mingw (still
compatible with msvc) using msys, i strongly hope this will be useful
to a lot of people, the patched source is at
http://www.nextt.org/files/apr-1.2.1-mingw-200510091411.tar.bz2 and
the diff is at http://www.nextt.org/files/apr-1.2.1-mingw-200510091411.diff.
To compile the source all you need is a 'make -f Makefile.mingw'.
