When connect is run in an embedded jar (like connect and all bundles are embedded in a single startable jar), resources embedded in the bundles can't be found, e.g. SCR does not find the component XML.
This seems to be due to a duplication of the protocol in JarRevision. The passed URL starts with "jar:jar:file:".
