JUICe archetype now available (Swing application framework, etc.)

Dear Maven users,

JUICe (java user-interface client) comprises three jarfiles, providing

* an application framework that lets you run the same code either as  
an application or applet

* support for writing GUI commands

* labels that can flash and beep
