I copied the Tomcat 4.0 examples webapp over and started Tomcat. The examples
webapp and its JSP pages work fine without error.

I tested with the Tomcat 5 code as it existed last night so it is possible that
this bug was fixed as a result of Jean-Fran�ois' XML validation fixes.
