    Add dockerfile for CI build

    As per as the [ML discussion](https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/c97846e172d327e72eb286e3c032c26fc0d6642dc553a4b47494177c@%3Cdev.brooklyn.apache.org%3E), this adds the `Dockerfile` to build the project. It also adds instructions on how to use it.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/tbouron/brooklyn-server feature/docker

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/898.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
