Xap initialization feedback

Hello Everyone,

I have been reviewing the Xap functionality, in particular the ease of
use in getting started, application creation and Embedding components
inside of HTML. 

There are three areas (Application Creation, Embedding Xal and
Configuration) that we should improve in Xap to make it easier for
people to get up running quickly with Xap.  All three areas are tied
together under the Application initialization bucket.  Making each area
work together would improve both functionality and simplicity of Xap.
To make the feedback more digestible each area will be sent out in a
separate email allowing people to respond to just their area of
interest.
