I have done some testing with a simple build.
It does not seem to matter which order the Class-Path
and Main-Class is used.

If the main class in the the Class-Path, a NoClassDefFoundError
is caused.

Can you check that changing the order works for you?
(use the jar task and add a META-INF/MANIFEST.MF by hand).
