   When a pipeline or task has entered the end status, the **duration** is still increasing.

   ### What do you expect to happen
   
   The duration of the pipeline and task in the end state should not continue to increase.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   1. start a pipeline.
   2. create a bug for the backend to have no finish time.
   3. watch duration on config ui.
