Volunteer to Shepherd
Dear IPMC members,
I’d like to volunteer to help out as a shepherd.
I’ve taken the liberty of adding myself to shepherds.json file. If there are any objections, feel free to revert the commit.

My perspective, the entire IPMC cannot hope to mentor every podling and so that task is assigned to mentors. Now, since there is no accountability for the mentors we have shepherds to monitor the mentors; if we always had fantastic mentors the relatively new role of shepherds would not exist.
Now, we must monitor the shepherds. Effectively monitoring the monitors who monitor the monitors who monitor the podlings…
We are placing our focus on the wrong problem, jmho.

I think we need to come up with a way to verify the shepherds file is
clean. Taylor's entry broke it, due to an extra "," on a line.
I know chrome/firefox don't have this issue, but IE does. Maybe IE's using
python under the hood for JSON support? X-D
