reactor pom has a fixed version

In the top level pom (i.e., the reactor pom), I see the following 
comment, but strangely the version has never been updated; it is still 
at version 1!
  <!-- We just increase the version each time the list of modules 
changes -->
  <version>1</version>

Just because this artifact is never published, we are fine I guess.
