[patch][httpclient] addParameters to PostMethod

This patch is for bug:
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10553

It was created with "cvs -u addParameters.txt" in the httpclient root
directory.  Two files are in the patch bundle: the source file
PostMethod.java and some test cases in TestMethodsNoHost.java.

I have applied the patch to a clean cvs tree with "patch -u -p0
< addParameters.txt" which successfully builds an passes the "ant
test-nohost"

Please Note: This is the very first patch I have submited to an apache
project, so please comment if there is anything I can improve.
