There's something weird about this article; it just has the feel of a
fabrication, although lots of strange-sounding things are true.  And,
the reference to it on F****Company was yanked yesterday (shows up in
the Google cache, but not on the FC site.)  

WebGain had promised to open-source JavaCC, likely under the Sun
Community License.

VC represents such a small part of WGs business, that this seems like
a very strange thing to focus on.  They bought some real products --
TopLink, StructureBuilder -- which would clearly be salable assets if
WG went under.  VC, not so much.
