Context Documentation Updates

Hi there,

Reading through the context tutorial the following is mentionable:

- entries.xml: HelloComponent.xinfo has to be updated *by the user*. That's
the first time the automatic generation is disrupted. Worthy to mention. How
are changes in the @avalon.component tag handled? Are they still worked into
the manually completed xinfo file? Does automatism fail upon first touch of
the xinfo file?

- casting.xml: I don't understand this sentence: "The supplied context
context entries requested by the component type and populated in accordance
with the associated context directives."

The patch just contains some typo corrections. The above points are not
touched.
