[users@httpd] PHP help

I created test.php file and placed it in my htdocs folder but when i try to
view it by typing in http://24.234.50.102/test.php i get the page cannot be
found and the Apache error log says the file cannot be found but i have
checked and rechecked the file is in the Apache/htdocs folder but it won't
display. Any suggestions would be appreciated. With Apache running it shows
that PHP is enabled.
