*Pulsar Highlight================*
Remove the direct ZooKeeper dependency from discovery-service and replace
the ZooKeeper with the `MetadataStore`. Rename `ZookeeperCacheLoader` to
`MetadataStoreCacheLoader` and use `MetadataStore` to access the ZooKeeper.
This is one of the implementations of using `MetadataStore` API instead of
the `ZookeeperCacheLoader`.
