   ## Overview
   
   There are a couple of random things going on here, see each commit for details. End result should hopefully be that
   
   * the ExUnit integration tests successfully boot up on Jenkins
   * test reports are rendered automatically in the Jenkins UI and Jenkins starts doing trend analyses
   
   ## Related Issues or Pull Requests
   
   #2039 changed a bunch of stuff under the hood here, so I'm not 100% certain if the ARM build screwup with MIX_HOME is still a problem.
   
   ## Checklist
