stdcxx 4.1.3 released

I am pleased to announce that the tarball of stdcxx 4.1.3
is now officially available from the project Download page:

http://incubator.apache.org/stdcxx/download.html.

This is a "micro" release of the library that is source and
binary compatible with the snapshot of 4.1.2. This version
of stdcxx corresponds to the Rogue Wave C++ Standard Library
version 4.1.3 distributed with SourcePro Edition 9.

The most notable enhancement in this release of stdcxx is
the completion of the Windows/MSVC configuration and build
infrastructure and the integration with Visual Studio 7.1
(see http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STDCXX-5 and
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STDCXX-13).
