Not a PhoneGap problem, but an Android WebKit problem, as this would happen on the default browser as well, as determined by the log.  It seems that WebView has problems selecting HTML nodes when using SwiftKey.

I really wish we could fix this, because it seems clearly obvious what is broken.  I'd recommend filing a bug with the AOSP, since we can't fix webcoreglue bugs. :(
