[PR] Update tiered storage required parameters [iotdb-docs]

leto-b opened a new pull request, #1148:

   ## Summary
   - Add a Required column to tiered storage parameter tables in zh/en latest, latest-Table, and Master Tree/Table docs
   - Mark the first three parameters as required, object storage parameters as required only for remote storage, and the last four parameters as optional
   
   ## Validation
   - git diff --check
